SHOPPING POLICY

At Frost & Bloom Designs, each piece is created with care and intention. Please read below for details on how we handle orders, shipping, returns, and more.

 

1. Order Processing

​

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

  • All items are printed and fulfilled via our trusted production partners.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

2. Currency & Payments

​

  • Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default.

  • You may view prices in other currencies using our site’s currency converter; however, final checkout will be processed in CAD.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe and may be subject to exchange rates or fees depending on your location.

 

3. Shipping

​

  • We ship internationally to most countries using standard delivery services.

  • Estimated shipping times:

    • Canada & US: 5–12 business days

    • International: 7–20 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or seasonal volume.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

 

4. Product Variations

  • Please allow for minor variations in color, size, and design placement due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

  • These small differences are part of what makes every piece from Frost & Bloom Designs unique.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

​

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

 

However:

  • If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

6. Original Artwork & Commissioned Pieces

​

Original paintings are often shipped with the canvas removed from the stretcher bars to reduce shipping costs and minimize the risk of damage.

​

Original artworks are returnable only if we’re notified within 15 days of receipt and they are returned to us within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

​

Once the piece is received and confirmed to be undamaged, a refund will be issued. Custom or commissioned works are final sale and non-refundable.

 

7. Cancellations

​

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the production process begins and changes cannot be made.
